While beatmatching trick

This is maybe obvious but for some it is not. While you beatmatch and wait to see how tight you have adjusted your tracks, you can listen to other tracks on the same deck, in the case you are unsure about what to play afterwards. How? Simple, we will abuse the undo-function of SSL (CTRL+z shortcut):

Track C is the current loud playing track, Track A is the track you are adjusting the beat. While C is running loud, you are adjusting A. Now if you want to listen for some seconds to another song N (track which you want to play after track A) to check if that song fits simply map it to the deck where A is running. Dont worry, as long as you dont touch the platter and you are in absolute mode, everything is fine. After listening to N simply press CTRL+z, that will unload N and will reload A, plus it will be at the same position as if you had not mapped N, cause you are in absolute mode and didnt touch the platter. You can do this procedure again and again, just make sure you always hit CTRL+z to remap track A back to the deck. This saves time while mixing.
