Wav files problems

Introduction
Some wav files do not get played properly with SSL. This article describes the reasons why this happens.
Start
Quoting nobspangle from this post here:
- Fonypony, can you check that they are PCM wav files not ACM
- In windows, right click the file and choose properties, go to the summary tab and make sure you are on the advanced screen not simple. You should see a property called "Audio format" make sure this is PCM. If it's ACM then it won't work, if it is PCM what's the sample rate and sample size?
