Missing columns
From Ssl-wiki
Click on the little triangle in the upper right of the tracklist area above the vertical scroll bar. This will let you select various fields to show (or not show) in the columns.
The fields that can be shown in columns are as followed...
- added
- album
- artist
- bitrate
- bpm
- comment
- composer
- filename
- genre
- grouping
- label
- length
- location
- remixer
- sampling
- size
- track
- year
- video track (1.8 only)
Most of the fields are pretty self explanatory. The "added" column will display the date/time the songs were imported into SSL. This is good if you want to sort your "newer" tracks from your older ones. The "location" column will display the exact folder/file path of the songs on your hard drive.
Can I set up all my crates to follow a specific format?
Yes and no. By default, when you make a new crate it follows the format of the "ALL" crate. So if you want all your new crates to follow a specfic format (e.g. artist - title - bpm - length, or genre - bpm - song - label), setup the "ALL" crate the way you want it shown, that is select which columns you want and don't want. Don't forget you can also move columns left/right in the order you want by clicking and dragging the column headers.
But if you already made the crate, you will have to do them one by one, or use ScratchTools.
